Dear Parents,
Welcome Back! I hope all of you had a fantastic summer!! We had a great time 
here at Miss Dawn’s summer camp with all of the fun activities! They enjoyed Happy Feet, Girl Scout Programs, Touch Tank and many more events. They also enjoyed the end of summer Pizza Party!!
Exciting New News!! We have expanded the Toddler Room and have been very busy painting and reorganizing the classrooms. Please pardon our appearance while Miss Dawn’s is giving the whole school a facelift.
We would also like to introduce you to Miss Melissa, she is the new toddler teacher. She has been currently working with the infants and toddlers at our Shady Location and has been with us for the past 1-1/2 years. She has many years experience working with children and holds her CDA Certificate in early childhood. She is looking forward to working with your children and meeting all of the parents.
This month we will talk about Fall Fruits and Vegetables, Family/Friends, Nutrition and All About me. The children will be discussing which fruits and vegetables grow in the Fall.
The Nursery and Preschool Classes will be focusing on getting to know each 
other, new songs, writing skills, learning how to write and spell their name, letters and numbers. We will be starting with the letters A, B, C, and numbers 1, 2, 3. The children also enjoy doing music, movement and exercise everyday and they are really doing well and love to do their projects too! The children love to come up during circle time to write their name and letters.
Everyday at circle time the Toddler Class will continue name Recognition, 
Shapes, Colors and Alphabet Recognition.
We now have Quick Pay – The new and easy way to pay your child’s tuition! 
This is available through an email invoice which will be sent to you monthly. The directions are on our website for online and automatic payments, please refer to the e-flier for a direct link and instructions.
Please be sure to watch or check online Channel 12 News or call the schools voicemail, and we now we have an automated phone message for any days we will be closed or for important information.
Reminders:
- Please pick your children up on time. If you will be late, please advise the staff as soon as possible – thank you.
- Tuition payments are due on the first and no later than the 10th of the month unless otherwise arranged. Full Tuition price is due each month, there is no price adjustment when your child is absent, school closings or vacations.
- Please call if your child will be absent or if you are running late.
The cooler weather will be coming soon!! The children will be going outside twice a day. Please dress your child appropriately and label ALL items that 
are brought to the school and also bring in an extra change of clothes too. To ensure safety please have your child wear sneakers everyday, no crocs or flip flops, as they are not safe for the playground. Please bring in suntan lotion, insect repellent, wipes and a change of clothes; shorts, tee-shirt, socks, and underwear (if needed) for your child.
