Parents and guests should arrive at the child care no later than 9:45 a.m. Please enter through the front playground gate and a teacher will be there to greet you and will be handing out the programs. After you receive your program please find a seat and wait for the concert to begin. We ask you to please go directly to your seats and not to enter the child care to see your child because this may distract the children and they may get upset. We want this to be a fun event for everyone, so if your child gets upset at any point during the concert one of the teachers will walk your child over to you so they can feel comfortable participating in the concert with their parent/parents from your seat. If you are unable to attend the concert and your child needs special attention we have designated teachers to care for your child/children. Please, don’t be discouraged if your child/children doesn’t want to participate. Remember they are young and we don’t want to pressure them into doing something that they don’t feel comfortable about. We are here to have a great time and enjoy the concert. Immediately following the concert there will be refreshments for everyone to enjoy. We hope you have a wonderful time and enjoy the show!!
